EMBODIMENT TRAINING

This is a somatic training methodology rooted on traditional yoga postures.

It is a nourishing movement practice based on the natural intelligence of the body.

Somatic awareness can be cultivated by being sensitive to the sensations generated by your body.

This practice encourages inquiry of your body’s internal intelligence through conscious repetitive movements.

Allows new neuromuscular pathways of integrity to be established and to recalibrate your body back into its structural integrity, back to wholeness.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a body therapy & an energy medicine that is deeply rooted in the inherent intelligence of life; to support the wholeness.

A therapy session consists of a deep restorative listening by way of stillness. Allowing you to cultivate a deep connection with the internal systems of your body, being the fluid system, the nervous system, the circulatory system, the musculoskeletal system and the cellular matrix.

The therapy creates a safe space for traumatic experiences to emerge and resolve smoothly without being overwhelming or re-stimulating. We will support the psychological and emotional systems activated by trauma in a step by step process.

When deep listening is recognized and acknowledged, reorganisation can happen within the body; addressing spinal misalignment, physical stress as well as emotional stress from any factors of life.

Each persons innate natural intelligence is complimented, to give the body the ability to self-heal and self-regenerate.

Yustine is an Embodiment Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Somatic Therapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

Guiding anyone interested in cultivating self-awareness and mindfulness.

She smoothes a path that allows us to connect to our bodies and our body sensations.

Through self-inquiry and lots of softness, our unconscious patterns can be revealed, inviting us to to release the habitual tension of past experiences in our living matrix.

Supporting us to unwind our connective tissue and regenerate at a cellular level.

Yustin has always relied on nature to sustain her.

Her youth was set in a turbulent environment where she found support in the calmness and fluidity of nearby water sources.

From an early age, she was enchanted by the movement of light. She explored this natural flow through photography. Now, as a meditation practitioner, she is firmly rooted with her early connections to the natural world.

Her love for fluid stillness, her marvel at the dance of light and darkness, is the foundation of her practice of sacred medicine.
